Terry has lived his entire life in Franklin County, still living in the Mathis family home in Estill Springs. When not busy with his real estate career, he is an avid fisherman and hunter, which gives him firsthand knowledge of every creek, mountain and nuance in this area. He knows every foot of shoreline on Tims Ford Lake.

In 2006 and 2007, Terry obtained the Double Centurion Award and in 2007 he had the highest Gross Sold Commission Dollars for Region 153 within the Century 21 System which includes 3 states. He is a consistent Multi-million Dollar producer and has 21 years experience. He has attained the Centurion Award (Century 21's highest sales award) for the past six years.

Terry graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a degree in Forestry, which gives him great knowledge of lots, acreage, farms and timber.

Terry is married to the former Patricia Hendrick of Tullahoma since 1991. He attends Faith Lutheran Church in Tullahoma.

Other interests include reading, basketball and spending time in the mountains at his cabin and land in southern Franklin County near the Alabama state line.
